WOW What a Moon Don't Go Out After Dark

Well the sun came out and so did the people here in the BLM area we are parked, just outside of Tucson, we are here for the weekend until we can get into La Mesa RV to have work done on "Da Bus" , motor home. We have a Monday, Feb 1 appointment.
A small  but crowded area off Hwy 86 and San Joaquin Rd. We also got a visit from the BLM ranger checking on how long everyone has been here. There is a 14 day limit, every 90 days. After the 14 days you must move more than a 25 mile radius. Who makes these rules anyway. I can see moving but 25 miles. Hm mm, weird

Worked on installing a "Smart Light" with an LED light. We picked this up at the RV Show - it is a light sensor door light. Since ours was out anyway, it was a good time to replace it. Now no more leaving the door light on when we are gone awhile and then we have a sensor light when we arrive back home.

Well we have a full moon tonight! The brightest moon of the year, also known as the Wolf Moon, so don't go out after dark. Strange creatures roam on nights with a full moon. Check out these photos. To bad the telephone lines are ruining some great shoots.
How about you? Are you game to venture out tonight on the night of the Wolf Moon ?
What crazy things have happened to you ?
You know the old saying, when people are acting crazy. Is there a full moon or what ?

  1. We have been to that BLM area several time and had planned to stop there overnight a couple of weeks ago on a quick trip to Douglas,AZ but only made it to Gild Bend. Always lots of people there. The last time we were there a guy living in a U-Hual parked just across the road from us.I think from now on I will take the time to ask and not just wonder about the story.

Welcome To Our Blog. A Record of Our Journey

A personal account of our life as RV'ers. Workamping, our way around the country. Seeing and doing exactly what we want, when we want and how we want. We travel in a "new to us" 2007 Allegro Bus 42' Motor Home made by Tiffin Motor Homes located in Red Bay, AL. Traveling along with us is our very spoiled beagle. Simon, who also does what he wants, when he wants and above all how he wants.

Disclaimer: I write for fun. I write to have a log of our adventures, friends and things we see and do. If there are some grammar blunders or spelling hurdles along the way, so be it, get over it and enjoy life. Don't sweat the small stuff.
